Silvia Johnson of Outside the Cubicle, LLC is on a mission to support women entrepreneurs succeed by sharing tools and knowledge that will help to create solid, sustainable and growing businesses.  Her unique approach blends introducing concepts with practical strategies you can apply to your business. Silvia has over 10 years of experience and has transformed hundreds businesses on an international scale, including various Fortune 100 Companies. She holds a degree in Psychology for the University of California, Davis an Organizational Development Certification and is a Master NLP Practitioner and Coach.

Silvia also has a passion for educating others, believing that this is one of the quickest ways to make wide scale change in the world.  Her training style is said to be clear, insightful, fun and full of energy. She does her part by teaching through her own business and as a guest trainer in various companies and institutes worldwide.  Workshop topics include:
