Month 1: Get Stabilized

• I will walk you through my 6 Figure Business Building Formula
• With my proprietary tools and templates I will help you get clear on your business in a way that you have never experienced before
• Reduce the overwhelm via your 1:1 sessions. In our 1:1 sessions we’re going to begin looking at your business and get you focused on the top 3 essentials for YOUR business

Month 2: Get Effective

• In this month we will be looking at the Entrepreneurial Mindset and the 3 areas of focus for you in your personal development that will change how you look at your business forever
• We will pay particular attention to the keys to taking Effective action, including leverage principles, 80:20 rule and the number 1 thing you need to do before ever delegating ANYTHING in your business.
• During our 1:1’s this month we will continue building on Month 1 by continue the reduction of overwhelm by taking a hard look at the Effective Action Keys and applying them directly to your business.

Month 3: Get Growing

• This month we will dive deeper into the last two areas of the Entrepreneurial Mindset – Strategic Thinking and The Empowered Mind.  You will learn how to look at yourself and your business differently to keep it growing and on track regardless of the economy
• In addition you will learn simple strategies that will help you quell your inner critic and overcome Self Limiting Beliefs
• We will use the strategic thinking principles that you learn and apply them to your marketing plan and sales funnel for the remainder of 2012!
• Finally you will create your very own 90 day action plan so that you know exactly what to do once the program is over.

When I started this business 2 1/2 years ago, I was in transition from high-tech & had no idea what I really wanted to be doing.
